Worship at St Mark’s

  • We meet every Sunday morning at 10.30 .

Father Chris leads us as we sing hymns, say prayers and use Anglican liturgy.

We have a wonderful choir who helps lead our singing, and our senses are heightened as we use incense and bells.

Refreshments are served after the service in our wonderful 15th Century Salone. All are welcome.

  • Once a month on the third Sunday after the Eucharist service, we have our Bring - and - Share lunch.

Food and drink, and eating together around a table, is very important; a time to stop, meet new people and make friends.

Please label ingredients of your contribution ,so that people with allergies may eat safely. Thank you.

  • Evensong

A wonderful sung service, led by our choir. We listen to words from the Bible set to magnificent tunes.

A service that can help us slow down and reflect at the end of a busy day or week.

  • The Anglican Church is wonderful in celebrating other important days throughout the Church year. Epiphany, Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter day, Pentecost and Remembrance. We do our best to enable Christians to join with us as we worship and commemorate these times.

  • During Advent and Lent we meet together one evening during the week, to study and think about our lives in the very busy times of Christmas and Easter.

We talk about a book, watch a film, or discuss thIngs around a theme.

Usually food is part of this time together.

  • Food for Thought, is a small group that meets every other Thursday evening.

We always bring food and drink to share and we discuss ideas relevant to our lives and ‘digest’ them.

Come along and join in, or feel free to just come, eat and listen.

    All are welcome.
